De felrode woontoren waar aan weerszijden twee uitstekende delen het gebouw verbinden met de omgeving. Vanaf de tiende verdieping strekt een stalen constructie zich uit naar de gedeelde buitenruimte op het aangrenzende gebouw Anton. Het schijnbaar zwevende deel op de vierde verdieping overspant de bestaande skatehal en bestaat uit 50 woningen.<\/h4>\n<h4>INBO engineerde het complexe gebouw, een ontwerp van VMX Architects, en werkte nauw samen met aannemer Stam + De Koning. Bij Haasje Over was er geen standaard. Van de aansluiting van de overspanningen tot de opbouw uit prefab onderdelen: ieder onderdeel past in een vast systeem dat tot in de kleinste detail moet kloppen.<\/h4>\n","text_right":"<h4>ParkEntree in Schiedam is the first so-called Senior Smart Living neighbourhood. This residential concept targets people over 50 looking for cosiness, enjoyable living, encounters and room for personal development.<\/h4>\n<h4>In a beautiful location in the city, near the Beatrixpark and just a few minutes from the historical city centre, INBO developed the new ParkEntree housing complex in co-creation with future residents. There are various types of bungalows and two- to four-room apartments of different sizes. All dwellings have a ground-level programme and a spacious private terrace or balcony.<\/p>\n<p>What is special about ParkEntree is that we focused on a combination of holiday spirit and meaningful living.
